Project - Custom Machined Parts The Challenge!  We have many customers who pay high prices for locally made parts from repeat engineers. If you are not in the position of manufacturing your own CNC type parts in-house, then you are paying too much!  The Process: OEMCP takes your engineering drawings and has them quoted through our established and reliable suppliers. Confidentiality of your drawings is assured. When the price has been accepted and an order placed, the supplier makes a proof sample. OEMCP also develops a quality inspection document for completion by the supplier prior to despatch of mass production. Controlling the Quality: Pre-shipping inspection is done according to the OEMCP prepared quality control document. This is emailed to OEMCP and approved prior to despatch of the goods. Shipping: Delivery of the first "batch" is typically 14 to 16 weeks, because of the sampling process. Repeat orders are 8 to 10 weeks. Cost? Our target is to save the customer a minimum of 30% off the Australian price. Our customer often get savings of up to 70%, especially on nylon and Delrin machined parts.
	Vic Muller's recent work history includes 10 years as General Manager of family owned agricultural sprayer manufacturer Goldacres, located in Ballarat and St Arnaud, Victoria. Vic has also worked as a manufacturing consultant in Australia and Overseas and has extensive experience in equipment design, quality control systems, supply chains and supplier relationships, costing, budgeting and every other facet involved in managing a modern manufacturing and distribution company. Relinquishing the Goldacres GM role to the eldest son, Roger Richards, in February 2013, Vic is now utilising his contacts in China, Taiwan and India to bring real savings to other manufacturers.
